Yeah but Chase obviously felt bad for what he did and when Zee returned Chase hugged him and deeply apologized to him and Zee forgave him while Ripper left him with little to no remorse at all

I heard from an official Total Drama interview that Ripper might get a redemption arc in the next Season. He may not fully redeem in the revival's second Season, but there is a chance that he might get the All-Stars Scott treatment.

Ngl, I like the interactions between Zee and Chase, even though most of them were in episode 5. Chase and Ripper also make good friends for obvious reasons, despite my opinion on these two.
The only one I have mixed feelings about is Zee and Ripper. Pre-merge, Ripper was very gross and felt like a bad influence on Zee. I still like some of their interactions. Post-merge, I actually liked it until Ripper abandoned Zee to the cassowary and he didn't feel any remorse, unlike Chase in episode 5. But at least I can give him credit for the scene where Zee rizzed a bird :P.
i see ur point! ripper and zee are definitely a lil more situational, and i do respect ripper's gameplay of going for immunity when he had the chance since thats just how he is as a player (and he did need it to be fair. man was in the bottom two a lot) but it is a hit to the friendship. i dont think ripper was a bad influence though since zee just mainly stayed unbothered by his shit. they're still funny and goofy regardless and the cassowary dance is unmatched
@@AnyaNovaa Okay, maybe "bad influence" was an exaggeration since Zee doesn't engage in the things that make Ripper bad (bullying, farting etc.) Even in episode 5 he was spared from this until the last minute.
