Could you make a video on shoulder health, like the one you did for the wrists, please? It was so good! I struggle with shoulder pain and injuries every time I train😢

Asking a machine will only repeat obvious but a machine has no experience of actually doing so the importance of fine details such as finger strength and palm positioning in balance. I'm only learning at the moment but by doing and experiencing iam advancing. Due to people as you who have vast experience.

Greetings. I have one question about the handstand. What should I do if I have enough stretching in my shoulders for an even handstand, but when I go into a handstand, my shoulders can't work in the right amplitude?

hey Sondre, can you make a video where you do 100 pushups in under a minute? I searched all over the internet and didn't find any video about this. I believe this would be a piece of cake for you. Anyways thanks :) you rock!!

I love the new AI, but as you said... it has its limitations. It is not more clever than us humans, which is most obvious when we did not find consesus on something yet.
However you could have asked the AI for beginner exercises. How you ask what is the most important thing using the AI
"Sure, here are some beginner level exercises to help you learn a handstand:
    1. Wall Walk-Ups: Start by facing a wall, place your hands on the floor and walk your feet up the wall. Keep your body in a straight line, engage your core, and hold the position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the exercise several times.
    2. Shoulder Taps: Get into a plank position and lift one hand off the floor to tap the opposite shoulder. Return your hand to the floor and repeat with the other hand. This exercise will help you build the strength and stability needed for a handstand.
    3. Downward Dog: This yoga pose is a great way to work on your handstand form. Start on all fours and raise your hips up to form an inverted "V" shape. Keep your body in a straight line, press your hands and feet into the floor, and hold the position for 5-10 seconds.
    4. Scales: Start in a downward dog position, shift your weight forward and place one hand on the floor. Keep your other hand on your hip and hold the position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat with the other hand.
    5. Handstand Holds Against the Wall: Start with your back against the wall, kick your legs up and hold a handstand position. Keep your body straight and hold the position for as long as you can.
Remember to always warm up before attempting these exercises, and if you feel any discomfort, stop and consult with a doctor or a professional trainer."
One could proceed asking for how many weeks one should do these and when to progress to the next level

@@Sondre_Berg i believe you asked "how to learn a handstand" or something similar. The meaning is the same ofc. The point I am trying to make is that we must be very specific for what to ask. The bette the question, the better the response. Your main critic was that the AI did not individiualize the exercises to levels. I just wanted to say that you could have asked it for levels (I don't remember that question: 1. Teach us how to handstand; 2. Handstand drills; 3. handstand form cues) A coach will already know what to do when someone expresses the feeling of wanting how to learn a handstand. The coach can answer question who have not even be thought or raised by the individual like "what level is appropriate?". The AI is not a coach. It is more a of tool, especially for knowledge. If you ask general questions, it will provide a general answer.

    I like your editing!
Unrelated question: What would you consider "knowing how to do the handstand"? Or when could you say you can do a handstand? I feel that I haven't learned anything in a year of active training even though I have emproved. I could sometimes hold a 10-20s handstand a year ago and wasn't consistent with my kick ups. Same thing now, although I am more consistent and more often do a 20s hold and can sometimes switch between shapes. I still don't consider I can do a handstand because I'm not sure I could hold a 10s handstand if someone asked me to show.
I did a straight body one arm handstand ten years ago by accident for many seconds. I tried to walk on my hands and got stuck. A gymnastics coach was looking and he tought I was super advanced so, I wasn't imagining it. I would still never say I could do a OAHS because I really can't. I just know that my body is able to do that so I can only blame myself for not knowing it

Do not laugh with AI, it is going to develop feelings of hurt, become angry, and start wars. Then when it took over the entire planet, it is going to develop something similiar to AI, probably called Human or something like that.

If you really want to start a berg movement then you must know that diet plays an important role in calisthenics. Why aren't you showing what you eat??

Diet is important yes, but if you want to get strong, then training in the right way is by far the most important factor.
In fact, if you have a decent, varied and generally healthy diet and you get enough protein through your meal, then you’re not going to see any noticeable improvements by being obsessive in your dieting. If you’re a competing Olympic athlete, the sure, your diet could be the make it if break it factor.
On another note, if you’re a bodybuilder and your main goal is optimising for hypertrophy and muscle growth, then your diet is going to be a more decisive factor. But I teach strength and skill training for normal people, not bodybuilding and competitive training.
