I'm still confused as to why some of you guys don't understand what he's saying. What he's saying is if you're in a position of leadership you have to carry yourself with a certain dignity because you're representing the franchise. If you went on a job interview you wouldn't do it. He's saying you can wear it however you want, just not in front the cameras representing your team.
If Colin wanted to make an actual point instead of just saying get off my lawn he would present data to show that Wentz looking stupid has actually cost the Eagles some sponsor money or ticket sales or some other bottom line impact.
