Fallout 2 (PC) Looting Gauss Rifle from Sheriff Dumond and Deputy Carl using super stimpacks

Gauss Rifle is my favorite weapon in game but it is very rare. The only way to get it fairly early in game is poison Sheriff Dumond and Deputy Carl with super stimpacks (they cause 9 HP damage after single use, you can exploit it for silent kill). Although super stimpacks are also rare you can order Myron to make them more, you need for this a lot of Nuka-Cola and fruits which are quite common in-game.
