In terms of by one even before nerf, hela must be the biggest threat for rath. I already tried ffop 1 vs 1 hela vs rath and helas easy kill rath.

i test fop vs hela before update, she cant heal the dmg from fop but she not loss hp too, she just receive from other skill

@@redepicgames yeh definitely bugged right now but unbugged doesnt help rath, u deal no dmg through fop
deal hp% hp loss of rath is cancelled by bloodline turning hp loss into heals but cannot be healed means no heals
