/ INGREDIENTS /
-strawberry pomegranate ade
Strawberry-inside ice, strawberry pomegranate syrup, thyme, strawberries, soda water
-strawberry matcha latte
Ice, strawberry milk, matcha powder-mixed with hot water, matcha foam(80g heavy cream + 8g sugar + 1tsp matcha powder)
-big ice americano
Ice, cold water, espresso
-black sesame cream latte
Ice, milk, black sesame cream(100g heavy cream + 10g sugar + 7g black sesame paste), espresso
-matcha einspanner
Ice, cold water, espresso, matcha cream(80g heavy cream + 8g sugar + 1tsp matcha powder)
-pink lemonade
Ice, lemon syrup, thyme, sliced lemons, soda water, cockscomb flower-infused tea
-marbled coffee
Small ice cubes, cold water, espresso, milk with 1tsp of heavy cream)
-panda cookie latte
Ice, panda butter cookies, milk, espresso
-Macau style frothy coffee

+To make a fruit syrup
-Fast : Cut the fruits into small sizes. Measure the fruits and prepare the same amount of sugar. You can use any kind of sugar, glucose, oligosaccharide, etc.. I prefer to use half plain white sugar and half oligosaccharide. Turn the heat to low, mix fruits, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice all together until thickened (Make with less than 150g, it took 8min or less.)
-Preserved : Prepare the water bath jar. Cut the fruits into small sizes. Measure the fruits and prepare the same amount of sugar. In a bowl, mix fruits and sugar. Rest 5~10min to fruit juice is come out (This process makes syrup faster). Ladle the mixture into a jar and cover the lid. Rest in room temp for 5 hours, and put it in a fridge until all sugar is melted. Preserve one’s flesh is more fresh and meaty. And syrup texture is more clear, so I prefer to make this way.
