    This is a spectacular home! The landscape it resides in is jaw dropping! I hope the owners wake up everyday and realise how fortunate they are to live in such a beautiful home.

      considering this is a holiday home and the owners are likely worth a couple hundred million dollars they have a lot to be thankful for.

    Imagine this: you’re sipping coffee on a balcony overlooking a city skyline or lounging on a pristine beach, all while your investments are working their magic. With copytrading, you can finally pursue your passions, travel the world, and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. It’s all thanks to the power of copytrading from Sophia E. Haney and the life you’ve always dreamed of!

      Guess what? I’m celebrating a $500k stock portfolio today! It all started with a modest $70k, and I’ve been making smart investments that have paid off tremendously. Now, I have the time to enjoy my family and plan for the future. Copy trading has been a game-changer for me.

      I’m curious, do you have a professional broker who helps you with your investments? If so, I’d love to learn more about how you work with them.

      Can't share much here, I take guidance from ‘Sophia E Haney’ a renowned figure in her industry with over two decades of work experience. I'd suggest you research her further on the web.

    The landscaping is excellent but the house has a small living, dining and bedrooms... and the library is a bookcase. The views are also excellent but not 360 degrees?

    Not wanting to be deliberately critical, but why do architects usually end up with box structures, and if they do a curve they talk about it like its revolutionary

    • @Snafulovers
      @Snafulovers 5 днів тому +5

      Bricks, glass and metal don’t curve easily and usually cost buckets of money to do so.

      The problem with deconstructivism like what Zaha Hadid does is it's more complicated, it takes more time, and there's a lot of waste during construction
      Because materials usually come in standard sizes and lengths then it's easy to end up in rectangles and boxes and scale that way up, the problem with a curved roof/ceiling is you need to trim a lot of the materials with guidance from a CAD drawing to be really accurate, although the waste materials can be recycled they would have to go back to a junkyard and be remelted again
      Deconstructivism is only good if the budget is unlimited, that's what Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry is known for, but it can't be applied that easily, it might also work on tiny houses with a wabi sabi mindset but it really shouldn't be the standard as it is too expensive and time consuming

      Architecture is marked by eras, the human understanding of beauty is often changing, it is possible that in a future not so far off, more clients would request for more “curvy” architecture.

      @@markyusto2364 fair point, I shouldnt have mentioned curves as everyone has focussed on them. I meant things like hip rooves , classic styling, cosiness rather than openess etc etc

    Because like most of us architects are part of a group as well ,and they know each other very well, they observe each other and once a trend emerges in their industry,which it always does in architecture, the others follow the most successful one
    Sadly though overtime the original concept that was groundbreaking becomes mundane and predictable and bastardised
    I agree too many boxed layers in this era
