Was that the max rpm 4800? It seemed to level off. I assume either software limited or more likely valve spring limited. I have a lot of hours at about 4,000 rpms, but I have springs.
I put the Rockauto special 300% over water pump in. GMB 1203072P I dropped 30* pulling there only 40$ should help you guys doin what your doing with yours.

I'm having trouble finding out how I get my truck to go over 4000 RPM currently my truck is built from top to bottom but I don't know where I begin to get my tuning to go over 4000 rpm, currently my truck defuels at 4000 and stops making horsepower around 740hp, if I were to be able to go to 5000 RPM I could use my S480 to its full potential The dyno sheet says that my truck is making almost a straight up curve of power until it hits the 4000 mark, What do you guys have tunes for and what would it run me?
@@cole1407 Get rid of the box tunes that is your problem. Depending on the year of the truck HP, EFI, or Smarty UDC pro. If you have an old S06 smarty you are very limited to only UDC standard tuning which is lacking in everything. Hit up Firepunk they can get you setup with any of the tuning platforms for around 1k. If you have a smarty touch, or mm3 all you need is tuning which is 500 from Firepunk with 3 tunes and a year of free retunes.
Bro first mistake was using Industrial infection. They have had the shittiest reputation for fuel components on common rails forever! They don't sell new anything, it's all rebuilt. Putting a reman injector in a 30k engine wasn't too smart. Also good F'n luck getting any type of warranty out of them, you are not the first to lose an engine to their garbage, and you won't be the last.
@@joshuaquilliam2887 bro 100%, it was never supposed to industrial for the injectors but once covid hit options where extremely slim. They gave me a new set, but yea didnt really help much.

Sorry about your luck, I only use BBI on small power builds and DDP for my big stuff. Exergy is also top notch, but their price seems to be 1k above everyone else.
