It's very true that you will not see any return on investment for 1st couple of years however, you will eventually get return on investments so being persistent is very important in any new venture or business. I am trying to build my real estate business in Cleveland area and it's tough but I know I will get through it eventually..this video will help every new entrepreneurs..

You need to ediit the subtitles @ 4.32, should be Dalai Lama not Dalai Mama.
You should do pho tibet. A very famous restaurant in New Palz , upstate of ny.
