You see that yoga teacher bitch in the UK, sued a cyclist and won for walking into the road at a green light while looking at her phone.
I had to look that up as it sounds so unbelievable, and it's true, he has to pay 100k in court costs and damages, which he has said will likely leave him bankrupt. The judge agreed the woman was equally to blame, yet still awarded her damages as the cyclist "should be aware that pedestrians behave unpredictably". So, he's to blame for her being an inattentive twat and his life is ruined. What's worse is his lawyers said he also suffered physical and mental damage from the incident and could have counter-sued which would have meant he wasn't liable for the court costs. The whole thing is appalling, it's the absolute worst of America infecting the rest of the world. Thankfully in New Zealand where i live suing isn't a thing. You can claim for loss of earnings or property etc if someone is to blame, but you can't sue them for physical injury or hurt feelings if they don't financially burden you.

Usually those 16-year-old wannabe gansters act like the most entitled, rude idiots when people just tell them to slow down a little, but this awesome guy was just minding his own business, when someone massively overreacted to something (I don't think the rider did anything wrong here). But the rider stayed very calm and very friendly, casually explaining himself in a calm tone while being yelled at by someone who doesn't know what he's talking about. He even offered to leave despite the fact the man didn't ask very nicely. And when he left he didn't shout any insults, just said he should stay calm and then casually went away without middle finger, without rev-bombing. This is the most mature dirtbike rider I have ever seen, and I really appreciate him for giving a positive example on how human interaction should work. You're AWESOME dude!!!

@@kruleworld Phone Policing is done for YT views, and to give the biker some weird kind of sense of superiority over other road users. Possibly also to somehow counterbalance their own bad road behavior. I doubt it has actually ever changed any cager's poor phone habits.
Moderately decent entertainment value though, I guess...

There might be geographical differences, but my biggest issues are: 1) cagers following too closely, and 2) cagers cutting me off. Phone use while driving is idiotic, but I haven't really had issues with it, well, that's not entirely true, but I can spot the phone user by their swerving, so manage to stay clear of them.
@@kruleworld both of the people he talked to were stopped long enough to have an extended conversation about it, so is it really an issue? Obviously using your phone while your vehicle is moving is extremely dangerous and rightly illegal, but whats the harm when it's clearly a red light and you know you aren't going to moving for a couple minutes?

Most every biker in this passes in between stopped cars. That aggravates me. Cars are supposed to respect them but then most of the bikers don’t respect us and think they can do what they want
