When it comes to people claiming false things (like the first clip). Try not to get angry, don't even say anything to them. Let them dig themselves a deep hole, then show up in court with your evidence and make sure they are charged with filing a false police report, and have your lawyer make sure that your time and the lawyers fees are paid by them.
That's gonna take a while and might be a test of patience. But damn, it'd be worth it
^this. A few years ago I was hit by a taxi driver. He claimed my fault, I offered to resolve the issue on the spot if he recognizes his blame but no, we went to the police station, i invited him to file the report first and sign it, then I "remembered" I had a dash cam. He lost the right to drive for 90 days and was given a very heavy fine, and I think he was investigated for attempted fraud and lying in official documents.
Don't even need to show to court wait till he tells the cop the story, then show your video to the cop and then ask the cop to charge the person with false police report.

@ Fraud and False Accusations are legal charges. And those are only the ones at the top of my head. I'm sure hitting someone with your car purposely constitutes public endangerment and vehicular assault. If he lied on the scene it would be lying to a law enforcement, if he lies in court it would be lying under oath and contempt, all three of which is a form of obstruction of justice.

Nothing would come out of that insurance claim because there is no damage. His deductible would be more than it costs to paint the bumper so he would still lose at the end of the day

@@derp195 ; Not ALL bikers. I'm a biker (albeit on a 125cc - so couldn't even rev bomb if I wanted to) but certainly don't ride like a prick - also, if you watch the DanDanFireman videos, you'll see a great selection of better riders.
