What are they use for? decoration?
Good question. I don't have the answer as it is subjective. You don't have to believe. We all have free will. I have a feeling your comment had a little air of sarcasm to it. That is okay. I get that. I used to write nasty comments under people's videos when they mentioned Jesus because I felt like my life was awful and they seemed so much happier than me.
I wanted to hurt their feelings which wasn't very thoughtful of me. Church people annoyed me to be quite honest as I felt they were judgmental goody goodies. I wanted to rub their noses in it by punishing them with comments that mocked their faith. You have a right to believe or not believe and I respect that. I even thought your comment was funny. Sure they can also be used as decorations too, lol.
I felt bitter and angry and cursed God and refused to believe in him most of my life. I still grapple with it daily. Is he real? I sure hope so. I am not a perfect person and neither are you or anyone else that comments under my videos. In my case, bitterness has made me very ill and caused me to be filled with rage and hatred and turned my heart to stone. In all honesty it never served me well and I want to do better things now even if I will always struggle to do so every single day.
These are used to remind Catholics of their faith to bring them closer to Jesus Christ when people like me feel hopeless which is quite often. You can also pray to the saints to ask them to intercede on your behalf to the lord and there are stories of miraculous healings from Jesus. It would be nice to get lucky enough to have that happen. I hope miracles happen to you too and anyone reading this. Whether God is real or not, I hope we can all just be a little kinder to each other.
