Hi Daniel& Lauren! Great video! Love the Air Stream! It’s nice! Yours is spacious not like most I have seen. I love your storage space. You pack up great! And safely too! I do the sane thing pull down the shades. Like the lock for the pantry. Great idea! Thank you for the video!
A tip for preventing your dishes from moving around and rattling: I use cuts of no slip/skid drawer liner between each plate and this prevents the plates from sliding around as well as rattling causing chips. It’s like the pot stacker cloths that some people buy to prevent the non-stick being scratched but far cheaper.
I do the same thing. I walk in a circle starting in the back. One reason I drawer the curtain/ blinds is it lets me know that window had been checked and secured. Trash can solution... I saw a mini trash compactor I'd like to try out. Another solution would be to put a smaller can on the inside of a cupboard door. I keep a mini can on my countertop that I use for things like egg shells and vegetable scraps. Finally, remove all of your packaging while in the parking lot of the grocery store. Put your bag of salad into a reusable container, remove the frozen waffles and cereal from the boxes etc . This will minimize your overall waste while out and about.
Charley and Laura, thank you!! We’re so excited. Baby Fernandez’s guess date is May 27th, so we’re getting close. Sending lots of love and best health wishes to your daughter and her little blessing too. ❤️
Lauren great job! Never thought about putting towels in the cabinets to hold things together and secure, great idea. I guess having little to just about nothing out unless you use it all the time is the key to quick breakdown and set up. I guess we’ll see how much stuff from our 40 ft motor home will fit in a 30 ft Airstream 😁 You both do a great job in your videos and look forward to watching them. So looking forward to the arrival of the baby. Please continue to be safe. 🙏🏻🤗❤️
Thanks for all the great tips. I learn so much from your videos. Getting ready to head out on our first AS trip in another week or so. So excited. And so excited for you both with baby F on its way! All the best! 💕
It appears that the push-in “handle” on your pantry door is also a latch. Since you added a separate latch to the pull-out unit, perhaps the latch built into the door doesn’t hold.
Good catch, Greg! That is a business card holder. It stays there during travel. it's amazing what 3M VHB tape can do. They sometimes use the same tape to hold solar panels on the roof when they don't want to drill into the body. It's incredible! Daniel
love you guys wander local you do a wonderful job with your videos I like how you show the inside and yes a man pushing a vacuum cleaner is a sexy brother if he knows his place and he helps his wife to do the job that he's supposed to do and he doesn't have a to-do list because he's already done everything happy wife happy life your friend John Chalker Waterbury Connecticut love you guys you're cool and congratulations on the new baby CC 🙏🙏👼👼
Hi, John! We originally got this one from BixWireless, but it looks like they've switched to potentially a new/different modem. The Verizon info is listed here - bixwireless.com/verizon-sign-up/ We run both Verizon and AT&T. Since we have to be online at all times for work, it's sort of a necessity for us. Feel free to call Bix and ask for Steve (owner). Tell him you're from our channel and he'll help you out. In all honesty, there's no perfect solution so if you're like us you need a couple solutions in place. L+D
Fantastic video as always! Thank you guys! 👌

Ok, dumb question. Is that a business card holder next to the doorbell? Does that stay there or go inside during travel? Just curious! G
