It might be Ight but I’ll let you know get that shit at night do not get shortly after they open the meats like carnitas and Barbacoa they just put the open tray back into the walk in and pull it out for the next day and I’ll tell you what that shit be looking nasty as hell every morning😭 and don’t get me started on the guac they be using some of the worst avocados I seen not all the time obviously it’s only like when we get a new order we use the old ones firsts but they be nasty😭
As a chipotle employee the Al pastor is top tier mid at best honestly the steaks the best bang for your Buck it’s the only meat we actually marinate but personally I like a good Barbacoa

I worked there when they had that. Reason they can't bring it back is because of waste. The carne asada was only good the first 5 minutes it was on the line. Then it would dry up and have to be tossed. It doesn't sit well on the line like the chicken.

It’s good. Usually the regular chicken is always very dry or even burnt. This Al pastor was really juicy and tender.
