Excellent job as always! During my time with it the panel was Excellent as long as you have very high quality content. Very good for an IPS but still expensive for what it is especially with LG offering oleds which are cheaper. Love your work!

I've had my 75QNED99UPA for months now. I recently got a 65" LG B1 OLED, and in comparison the QNED picture is more striking and vibrant. On occasion there's a little darker corners and a really dark scene the TV sometimes gets confused.

Best choice for buck Steering wheel at the moment is Fanatec CSL DD and Simagic Alpha mini.
But you can do with a Logitech G29 also if you want to start simple.
Thanks for this. Looking forward to the full review. It'll be interesting to find out if the mini-led system can help combat IPS glow in any meaningful way. I tend to find the glow more annoying than blooming (though it would be great to be rid of either).
My TV is IPS which i bought when i didn't know what IPS was so i played with the settings for more than an hour to get rid of that glow.Still pisses me off.

Great video. I was considering this TV but wasn't really convinced paying so much for a TV, 8k.. because TV channels mainly are HD and standard only :O so what's the point to have 8k. But anyway, gonna order.
From where is your TV stand please?
Do you think it could have all the plug in front for easy access? Or could there be a media hub sticking out from the side, with a lengthy cable to place the media hub beside the TV?

I just want to say, your cinema room is absolutely brilliant, thank you for the awesome review. I just had question about VRR, do you think LG would implement it with the new firmware ? I know LG OLED has it and Sony claims that the PS5 is getting HDMI 2.1 VRR support in future firmware update.
Sony Bravia X900H and 2021 Bravia and PS5 getting it by December 2021.
I have thrustmaster tmx pro.. For xbox but used logitech g923 also with ps5 its wndrdl...u will enjoy it and no regret.
Which digital aerial are you using I had a look through your posts but couldn’t find anything
A wheel setup depends on a few factors, budget, a few hundred to a few thousand, what systems will you be using, PC is by far the best for sims, if it’s console, which one/s? A DD or Direct Drive wheel base is the one to go for, Fanatec CSL DD plus the boost kit is a good starter probably, but it’s not got PlayStation support, only Xbox and PC IF you buy a Xbox compatible wheel rim for it. Fanatec also have a Playstation compatible DD1 that comes with a formula style wheel rim, but if you get a compatible Xbox rim that base will work on every system except Switch. Then you have Simucube 2 which is PC only. With all these you will have to buy pedals separately.

I have heard from other reviewers & info from the internet that it does not support either of these technologies.

Thinking to get this one just dont know if is worth it i was thinking about C1 77 or this Qned 99.i already have cx 55 inch looking for big tv.
I am thinking of this tv due to its possible better black levels and it's not OLED. I game maybe 2hrs on average a day and I currently own a Sony 65 in x930e LCD . I think it's a great tv but with my Xbox series X and the age of my tv(4yrs) it's time to upgrade. I was afraid of burn in when I bought my Sony but this year I've been looking at the Sony A80J and the LG C1. Still, this tv is 8k and might future proof me along with not worrying about burn in. The only other high end non OLED TVs I was looking at was Sony's x95j which I have heard has a lot of blooming or the new Hisense duel cell technology with over 2 million dimming zones.

Still got my LG C7 Oled. No issues with IR or burn in whatsoever, plenty bright in a bright room.
Now i can't choose between this and the Samsung QE75QN900B...

@@nhernan156 having a looked at them side by side for me it was clear the OLED offered a superior viewing experience in most situations. I think it has to be a C1 for me.

OLEDs don't need 1300 nits. There is far more contrast in the image, down to the pixel level.

Unless you're buying a set literally as big as an entire wall, there's no reason to get 8K, not to mention you're paying a premium just because it's new tech. There's not even any 8K source material for it.
This is the only guy that gets it so far. The human eye can only see 4K. The only difference between 8K and 4K. That you’ll ever notice is the colour. If we had a 8000” screen then we might be able to see the difference. That’s what my audio visual guys kept telling customers. FYI they work on multi million dollar house. The day and a life of a Sparky and crazy good audio visual guys.

@@batman.darthmaul I have a 55inch OLED 4k CX and theirs not that much difference from 4k to 8k , On PC all games can run at 8k as long as you have a powerful enough gpu to run it with a display supporting it when you say "There's not even (any 8K source material for it)
Nothing is 8k at all, for true native 8k, the hdmi source has to output 64GB,which nothing on the market has at all or come close. And for the hdr it has to output 96GB and for streaming takes up bandwidth that the current internet speed options doesn’t have the capability of yet without buffering every second. 3GB of internet speed

Depends. OLED still has the edge with deeper blacks and more accurate shadowing, while QLED mini LED have certain advantages with brighter colors and HDR luminance levels.

Misleading to call this the most advanced LCD tv. The LG lags behind Samsung’s 800A and 900A NEO QLED in specs and performance
I have had nothing but problems playing video games on Samsung Q800A tv 8k. The dam thing shows and advertises to work with xbox. I used the latest xbox and every cut scene to any game the tv cant process gets all this bullshit flashing and loading same if I run any apps on the xbox instead of the tv loading screen and tv flashing. I replaced it with this tv and its works 80x better. I have 10 terabytes of movies on my external hard drive to my xbox so it was a huge waste of time with the Samsung. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours with xbox and 1 hour with Samsung both claimed nothing wrong with their products. People who play video games are a larger market than even the movie industry. Gaming has exceeded the entire movie making industry so why cant they fix their dam software on the Samsung because it works on this 8k tv.
@@davidmurphy4672 I hate to tell you this, but you got a lemon. I have the 900 with a PS5 and Series X and it’s completely seamless. The only thing I give up with the Samsung is Dolby vision, but that’s been proven a bust in gaming already.

Телевизор дорогой и не практичный. Если сгорит хоть один светодиод подсветки, замучаетесь менять, это вам не линейка в обычных LED телевизорах. Если требуется качество картинку за эту цену купите проектор лазерный или по проще, но тогда экран будет 150 - 300 дюймов. И что смотреть на таком ТВ, эфирные передачи и фильмы не идут в 4К - 8К.
