There is also a total eclipse on April 8th.
For me March came in like a lion and left like a bull in a china shop. I don't need more fire in my life 😭

Maybe try balancing the fire energy with the water element. Stay hydrated. In Ayurveda the goal is to find balance with opposites. Like attracts like, so reduce the heat in your life. Eat lighter foods, wear cool color clothes.
Adam has some great videos related to the water element. Look up crystal and essential oil videos associated with water and the sacral chakra.
Random idea, but to put out fire I think of covering it in ash while camping, or smother it so to speak. Made me think of sleeping with a weighted blanket to feel protected and grounded (may be kind of hot though), or do a black mud body scrub to remove excess oils in the body. 💖
@@OZ01209 thanks for the reply. Now that you mention it, I feel like I need more earth element in my life. Been wearing my larimar and lepidolite necklace a lot, but the last year has been a big upheaval, so maybe more earth should get involved.
