I am saddened by many who have not heard of these theologically sound songs...
The majority of mainstream Christian music has missed the point of "Christian music": it must be Christ-centered.
So glad that Matt Boswell, Matt Papa, Keith & Kristyn Getty, and other such artists adhere to writing music and lyrics that are Biblically rich and focused on Christ.
So much this! Also Michael Card and CityALight produce great, Biblically rich songs!

This video has 62,000 views while videos from some other worship bands who focus on stirring the emotions will have a million.

Depends on what you call "mainstream." Open the Trinity Hymnal and you will find many hymns that pass the test of theological correctness. Maybe you intended to say "Contemporary Christian Music," which tends to be subjective rather than doctrinally sound.
I just love the typology and theology in this song. It glorifies our Lord Jesus Christ. Keep serving HIM faithfully
This song is very appealing on 3 fronts: musically accessible, beautifully constructed and theologically instructive.

@@ninaballerina2807 I think you missed the point of the song. Scripture refers to Jesus as the second Adam, utilizing this context exactly as put to music in the song. Your right, there is no comparison on the one hand, but on the other, Jesus is the true and better in every case! Read Hebrews for more insight, and remember the words of the Lord Jesus on the Emmaus Road
