Almost all fish are frozen immediately after they are caught, pretty much guaranteed you have eaten plenty of frozen fishes and you just don’t know it.
frozen is the safest way to get fish, it kills potential parasites which is why in the US, sushi restaurants are required to have their fish frozen at some point before it's served

The Fish and Cheese one is definitely the best of the lot (and the only one I can stand to eat, really). Hydrolyzed corn protein is a flavor enhancer (yay, glutamic acid!), so it shouldn't affect the texture like TVP does.

I have probably eaten over 100 fast bites in my entire life. The best one is the spicy chicken sandwich in my opinion. The regular chicken sandwich is just like death. My cooking method for fast bites has always been odd. I put the sandwich on top of its box ; it put in the microwave for 95 seconds; it turns out way better than you think. I’ve done it ever since I first found fast bites. None of them are worth the money.

I've eaten more of those Fast Bites Chicken sandwiches and Cheeseburgers than I care to admit. $1 (now $1.25), quick and filling. Add a pickle slice, some mayo and mustard... passable in a pinch
6/20/23 They still have them fast bites sandwiches and they haven't gotten any better possibly worst. I get some stuff from the dollar store but most of their store brand Clover Valley has a gross after taste from milk to frozen foods. I just got over food poisoning from their eggs or ham steak.
Seafood and cheese should be illegal. I would never think to do that and why would I want to? I also have never seen a square shaped fish but I've lead a sheltered life.
Im a single guy and sometimes buy similar products, but never eat them without modifying! A little salt, pepper, mustard or other condiments can help dramatically,!,,,,,,,,,, in a pinch!

I've eaten more of those Fast Bites Chicken sandwiches and Cheeseburgers than I care to admit. $1 (now $1.25), quick and filling. Add a pickle slice, some mayo and mustard... passable in a pinch
6/20/23 They still have them fast bites sandwiches and they haven't gotten any better possibly worst. I get some stuff from the dollar store but most of their store brand Clover Valley has a gross after taste from milk to frozen foods. I just got over food poisoning from their eggs or ham steak.
Im scared to eat certain foods from dollar tree. if it's not name brand, I don't eat it.

Im a single guy and sometimes buy similar products, but never eat them without modifying! A little salt, pepper, mustard or other condiments can help dramatically,!,,,,,,,,,, in a pinch!
