In Suriname we don't use green seasoning or don't know green seasoning. We don't use to many ingedient to cook.
My in-law never used this and I never saw any other family memebers cook with it .they used masala, garlic, curry powder , onions, scallion, and some powders maybe it depends on the area they come from in Guyana
Hmm 🤔 could be love I’m from Berbice and we used this to season our meats and fish
❤ I always have green seasoning, cilantro gives flavor but you can’t use too much, you go girl 🥰🥰
Very nice, used a little water to mine, then I freeze it in styrofoam eggs container, then place them in zip lock bag in the freezer
Yes I am growing shado Beni in my backyard and yes lots of Guyanese knows about it but not everyone like using it
Thanks, Ms. Ash
My pleasure
Waoo zabrdast Yammy and testy look very delicious
Green seasoning has been part of Guyanese cooking from time, sometimes called "grind seasoning".
So true bro , it’s a staple in our kitchen
Sis just do you and ignore the haters. Your fans and subscribers know you are authentic ❤
Awe thank you sis appreciate your kind words 😘❤️love you guys
Ash how about listing the names of the green seasoning you use that is here in Guyana.
Hi my friend everything that was used is listed in the description box below the video 🥰
Nice
Yes that's true.not too fund of the cilantro.
culantro is stronger than cilantro
Ash I am 60 plus years I never see that shallow beni in Guyana or use it sorry I don’t like the smell of it
Maybe you missed it sis it's grown in Guyana but not a lot of Guyanese use it in their cooking as if it's not used moderately it can overpower the food
It grows in Guyana, just not popular in Guyanese cooking. It's basically a weed, you probably plucked it from your garden or yard and threw it away. I don't like the taste of it or cilantro for anything, it spoil up the food.
❤️
❤❤❤
😮
Enjoy watching your videos plain speaker 👍
Marry man poke and basil is not the same and in no way similar in taste
Married Man Poke is also known as Thai Basil.
Ash I see someone on them cooking page putting seasoning before cooking them meat and fish, and Lawddd gaaad if you see when she cooking the curry more green bush, that’s not how people seasoning meat. Seems like after she visit Trinidad and come back she killing the food with culantro and hot pepper.🤦😅
