A little at a time on the work for your new home lot is better than none so at least there's that. It takes a lot of patience to wait for others to come do their part, I know. You're so close now to the final project from others to be finished. It will happen! 🤗
It's great to see you and Nathan have a little time just the two of you without little voices "MOM! DAD! Can We PLEASE go ... Can I have ..... " lol! It must seem quiet even in the wind! Being able to take things out and envision what you plan is part of the fun!

That sounds so nice as you walk to back of garden in middle with lots flowers etc on ever side and path in middle with little white fence round outside so that you can still pavilion and trees

We sold our house last year in the city, moved back to where we grew up and raised our kids. For the last four months and tons of weather delays we get our concrete poured next week. We bought a tiny home on wheels, as we could not get a Manufactured Home down the narrow road. It's still not as far out as I would have liked for health reasons, but its ours. Jessica you inspired me to make this bold move. Our kids are grown and I longed to be move back.

We have been searching for a home for 2 1/2 years. Sold our home in 3 days in 2021. Living with my inlaws since. Have been outbid on several homes due to low inventory and skyrocketing interest rates. It is so discouraging and sad that normal, middle-class families aren't even able to afford a house anymore. :/ We are trying to be patient and trust God's timing during this season of unknowns.
I understand completely. It can be discouraging. Praying the Lord opens the door to your home soon!
I recommend looking into a manual hand pump for your well so just in case of a power outage you can still get water 💧 😊
The well works now without electricity. Do we still need the hand pump?

The property is beautiful. It does seem to take forever when you are waiting for workers to finish but it gives you time to decide where you want things lol. That how I looked at it when we moved to land. It’s soo exciting for your family and I look forward to your videos when you are all moved in. Do not worry about the messes and stuff every where you will get it done in time. Just enjoy that fresh air and children having fun 🙏❤️

It is such a patience thing when you are so excited and eager to get in your home. BUT REMEMBER. Not long ago we were all praying this would be a possibility for you getting you new home. It happened and God is so good and so is your praying community. We can’t wait either for you all to get moved. I know you are so Thankful that you have had family provide housing until you got your homestead they are a blessing. Again it will be soon . 😊😊😊😊he that beautiful smile and faith .

I noticed when you have more than one acre then it doesn't feel like it is as many as you are supposed to have. We had almost 5 acres and it didn't seem like it and then we moved to a house on an acre and it felt like more than an acre compared to our old property and it being almost 5.
That’s funny… our old house had 1/2 acre and seemed like a lot. When we walk around for a bit at the property you feel the 5 acres! 😂

In our area, electricity is always the slowest getting done, re: electric company.
It has taken a long time… the trenching is done now
