Let me clear this up for all of the viewers who want to know how to get these cars. You can't. They're both mods. Bugg's car is a Ford Mustang Mach 1 made to fit in with GTA lore using the model of the Berkley Stallion from Mafia 3. The best replica of the Mustang would be either the Ellie or the Rapid GT Classic, but mostly the Ellie. Polecat's car is an older Challenger. The closest car you can get to it would be the new Bravado Gauntlet Classic. Just clearing that up. These cars are not available unless modded into the game.

For all asking about the cars, orange one is the Bravado Gauntlet Classic which exists in-game, and the blue one is Vapid Dominator Classic, however it's not in vanilla, it's a mod. Cheers.
Orange is the Bravado Gauntlet Classic, yes, but it's the mod from before the in-game one came out. And also, fun fact: the model for the modded Bravado Gauntlet Classic is ripped from Watch_Dogs 2.

For anyone curious, the car Buggs is driving is from Mafia III. It’s called a “Stallion” in Mafia.
Someone must have extracted the model from the Mafia III files and converted it for use in GTA V, which is common. Most Crown Victoria mods for GTA V are based off the Crown Vic model from the game Driver: San Francisco. Then people build on top of those mods and we get better and better mods. It’s great.
So the car is just some modded one? Not in online? Just curious, cause it's kinda cool.

Cleb Hrrn Have you played Mafia III? People should give the game another shot. It had a rough release but it’s pretty stable on all platforms now. Still the occasional dip in FPS. But it’s a really good game despite its many shortcoming and the cars in the game are fucking awesome. I take this Mustang in the game and make it look like Steve McQueens Mustang from the movie Bullet; green paint, black wheels, front lip spoiler, and rear window louver. It looks and drives awesome.
