    Genuinely, is this build achievable full natty? Or just a little TRT or what? (dont care if not natty, obviously lots of work is going in to achieve desired results)

    Can you do an instructional video on lateral raises? I never feel them in my side delt and I get a better feel in side delts when I do laying on back Powell raises.
    Or could you recommend a better compound exercise for the side delts? Cheers!
