For those unaware the creator of Doki Doki, Dan Salvato, use to be a competitive Smash Bros player in Melee. In which he was a Link main.

I have never watched a jaymoji vid without laughing
I went from Smash Melee on the GameCube and Battlefront on the PS2, to SSBU on the Switch and Battlefront 2015 and 2 on the PS4, to Mortal Kombat 1 and Halo Infinite and MCC on Xbox series X. What a journey. I can still ball on Smash

Funny that there's a texture mod for DDLC, considering how the creator of DDLC originally worked on a couple mods for smash himself. It really did go full circle.
Also the guy in the camera filter before Markiplier is Armada, who was one of the five gods of Smash Melee and considered one of (if not the) best Smash player of all time.
