The first hour of our day is very very important. Cannot agree more with Dan on setting the start of the day in the right tone. I personally start my day by journaling where I start counting my blessings writing my affirmation and listening to the right music which helps me stay in a high vibe throughout the day. Another amazing learning is that we don't manage our time but we manage ourselves. Every day I make sure that I am doing things that can help me be a better version of myself. I read books and try to implement what I read, I walk so that I am taking care of my body, and I practice my skills so that I am better.

He gave information, skills, advice that four years course won't ever be able to. For instant his six money trap to avoid in 30s, neither of our parents even taught that to us. He is a mentor. I love this man.
I definitely don't go to my mailbox 10-20 times a day. This is great advice. I do that where I pick up my phone after I wake up. Going to change that tonight.
