This should have been decided by the UN or other at least nominally impartial entity. Letting a department of the Israeli government determine the culpability of the Israeli government will produce predictable results like this.
And the United Nations entity would produce a predictable result as well, given it is stacked with nations who are anti-Israel at everything.

There is no question that Rachel Corrie was a great lady & a wise young hero; but here I wonder why nobody ever talks about or ever makes any movie about those innocent Palestinians who were killed or became homeless because of those selfish or cruel Israelis? If they didn't know about those illegal & cruel acts or policies of their government, why do they call themselves the No.1 Democracy in the Middle East? The fact is that Rachel couldn't be seen by the driver. She shouldn't have been in front of the bulldozer, period. Her death was directly due to her own actions.
