    Do you teach the song by Ringo Star "Your Sixteen " ? A good song to use this Percussive Slap. --- Chords C G7 E7 F D7 A7-- capo 1- - Would like to see your version !

    is this possible if you are fingerpicking?

      yeah. I was taught to have a pinky home position, so when you slap the pinky goes to the pick guard instead of the pick position. You just don't want to lose your bearings on your picking fingers
