- Alfred is going to be on trial for the charges. The situation is pretty bad as the circumstantial evidence is persuasive enough to make everybody believe that he is the real culprit. And now that Henk and his friends have been failing to sneak him out of jail, Grabbie seems the only one that can save his life. Thanks to Grabbie he shows up in court and claims to have committed the crime. In the end, they also acquit Grabbie for his honesty.

Hoe is de koning eraan gekomen?
Ik moet denken aan de keer dat ik zo'n hele ketting vol met zulke diamanten had meegenomen en in mijn schatkist had gedaan, jaartje of 30 geleden.
It's always a shame that moment at 11:16 is gone from these later releases. I see why you did that though. It's a rather ridiculously cartoony thing to do in a show that was already going down the more realistic path with its sociopolitical bent (let alone the threat and/or implications of characters actually being wounded or dead).
Was it any different on the vhs release of the 90’s?

Ik HAAT die picky want die ekster zorgt er constant voor dat alfred in de problemen komt door zijn toe doen,en dan durfst hij ook nog eens telkens zielig te gaan doen over zijn misdaad,tja glinster ziekte of niet,hij is in vele opzichte de beste aansteller.

Ik altijd gedacht dat de dame uit sam sam en kinderen geen bezwaar de stem van Alfred was, me wijsgemaakt, of zelf verzonnen, geen idee, maar totaal iemand anders dus.
