My dad and stepmother took me to Disney World the summer I was 10, and this was one of the rides we went on. We were stuck in one spot for several minutes, just listening to this song. By the time we got off the ride, people around us were humming or singing this song. My stepmother vowed to strangle the next person she heard humming or singing this song, and she still hates that song to this day.

I sometimes wonder why Disney Parks can't make their small world dolls in modern day move much faster and fluidly like they used to back at the world's fair. It would be hard to maintain but animatronics should be maintained regularly so they can always be in the best shape.

@MiracleKhoi Well florida small world with john debney sountrack after the refurbish is an interresting subject, i don't think they will do that..but what if john debney don't have disney character tones ? Disney can easly do that since its the company, btw they don't have to recolor the facade if they ever wanna do same what they did in 1993, i really hope they won't replace CA small world sountrack ever again because its the 1st version and it must have the bobby hammack sountrack forever..
@MiracleKhoi um no its too much disney characters the charm of the ride will be lost, they better keep it that way with only some, tokyo abused with disney characters even replace the iconic ice skaters, what a shame tokyo did, also both bobby hammack and john debney are exelent sountracks with a big charm 💖👍

When did they stop that version? It is lovely. I went on the ride in 1989. The ride looks much better back in the 60's. The dolls look tired now. The animatronics seem to get tired after a number of years

What month did It's A Small World removed the banners and butterflies and welcomed the Boat that says welcome in different languages in the Hello Room?
Most likely October, as that's usually when the ride closes for the holiday overlay, though that means the boats didn't appear until 1999.
