I tried p90x a few years ago. it was a pretty tough workout. maybe p60x is what I'm looking for.

Great video, Mark. This light is right up my alley and I'm probably going to get the 3-light kit. Do you think Amaran will give you the P60c light to review? I'd prefer to buy the RGB version and I'd love to see you show it off first. And then maybe even clickie your affiliate link for it afterwards.

Which one is better to you, this or the neewer 660 pro RGB? Which one is more portable and better for traveling?
the neewer 660 is cheaper and RGB whereas this one is just bi-colour. the neewer is smaller and lighter for travel as well. But it has much less expensive build quality and not many accessories. I use the cheaper RGB panels from neewer more myself.

I have a similar light from Godox, but it doesn't come with a soft box. I didn't know you could use an umbrella with these lights. How would you mount it? And would it help to make the light less harsh and direct?
Yes. An umbrella would soften the light a lot. You mount it through a small hole that is included in some lights and mounts. If your light or light stand doesn’t have a place for one - you can by one for a few bucks. amzn.to/3ju6Pcx

Does this light produce lots of heat so that it will feel uncomfortably hot on my face if I'm using it for hours?
No - it's an LED panel, so the light itself doesn't get hot on your face. The back of the light will be warm to the touch.
