Your trail leg timing is off nothing wrong with the technique I had the same problem you will have to use the lead leg and trail at the hurdle really close together (they should match your penultimate “ba-dum” “lead-trail” same rhythm of knees going over that hurdle it will stop that twisting too unless you twist when you run then you gotta fix you sprint mechanics look from the front, back, and side cause it might look right from one side but the other will expose you
I was gonna say something similar. I’d add that your air time is a bit long. Driving down on your take off leg on final approach and snapping it down faster in the air will lower your air time.

@@steviej9332 ok whatever pattern you last two steps are into the hurdle (which should be fast) is the same pattern in which your knee go over the hurdle) you get a good push off your trail leg so no you gotta get that same push and have both knees facing forward off the hurdle
Try this cue for the lead arm (the arm opposite the lead leg): thumb down towards the lead knee to go over the hurdle, then thumb up as you recover.
thank you! will try
nice one ! try perfecting your foowork so you become a bit snappier with your feet. also try running as tall as you can in between of the hurdles : )
thank you!
