Man, you love that language! When you came up with your own explanation for ㄱ or ㅋ 😮 I realised how thrilling Korean must feel for you, even after studying for so long. I hope it will be the same for me. Precious lesson, I don't think I'll find this anywhere else. Thank you 👍
When I was looking for a word "hopefully" I found '바라건대' in dictionary. I often used it instead of -를 바라다 without knowing the deeper meaning and after some time my korean friends asked me to not use it like that because it's not really common in spoken korean. 😅 Thank you Billy, now I know the proper usage. 😁🙏
Or you can still keep using it anyway just to troll them :P
@@GoBillyKorean That's true... Actually first person, who pointed it was an aunt of my girlfriend. She was surprised why I speak in that old fashion way. 😂 But I like this kind of trolling... When they try to say something in English or my native Czech language, I say 체코말이/영어말이 일취월장입니다. 😅😅😅 It's very funny to use this phrase... 😅

추측건데, '건데'나 '컨데'라는 표현은 토종 한국인에게 가장 자연스러운 법이다.
Billy 선생님, I have a question. I can't figure out when to use the verb form and when to use the noun form of the verb in a sentence. Please help me🥺

선생님 - using the example of 요약하다, when shortening 요약하건대 by leaving out 하, you would get ㄱ and ㄱ in juxtaposition. Would the pronunciation of ㄱ as ㅋ when 하 is present still prevail, or would you get a ㄲ pronunciation?
