Now for EN!! I got both New Year’s Trey and Tsum Vil!! You have no clue how happy and excited I was!! Now to play through the New Year’s event starting tomorrow!! I also looking forward to the Third Anniversary!! The Ceremonial Robes Grim card is my favorite and I adore the Groovy art plus video that was made for the Third Anniversary!! I guess I really love a lot of the third years, haha! Also, the Ceremonial Robes are really nice, so to see Grim ge them was a lot of fun!
I was speculating about who in Heartslabyul was going to get a Book 7 card a few months ago, and I was considering both Trey and Cater. I was genuinely really hoping they’d both get one, and I can’t believe that that is actually the case!! I am looking forward to seeing Trey’s new card, as well as pulling for both Cater’s and Trey’s when they reach EN! Starting with Kalim’s card, I noticed that there is a pattern: the character who received Book 7 cards previously is the Duo Magic Partner for the character who gets a Book 7 card next. Kalim came after Rook, and Rook was Kalim’s Duo magic partner. Jade and Floyd came after Kalim, and Kalim was Jade’s Duo Magic Partner (since he couldn’t be one for both). Ruggie was after Jade and Floyd, and Jade was the Duo Magic partner for Ruggie. Cater came after Ruggie, and Ruggie was Cater’s Duo Magic Partner. I wonder, if this pattern continues, if Cater is going to be Trey’s Duo Magic Partner for his Book 7 card since Cater came before Trey? I really hope so! Happy New Year Little-Bean and Koa Miyo!!
Good luck for your January 2025 rolls Bean~ Also might be funnt to point out that 2024 was the Year of the Dragon and 2025 is the Year of the Snake, so maybe that's why we get SSR Malleus/SR Jamil (the third time they've shared a gacha banner I believe as well, the others being Firelit Sky and GloMas) for New Year's 2025 XD

I knew that Cater was not going to get an event card this month, unfortunately, since he has already received one for the New Years event back in 2023. I hope he sees an event card either during February or after March (the Anniversary in Japan.) Anywho, when I was thinking about the line up of characters who had not received an event New Years card, I was really hoping that Jack would be one of the characters to get something since he has not seen an event card all year either, so I was happy to see him get one for this New Year’s event this year! I also noted that Jamil did not have a New Years card yet either, so I was looking forward to him getting one eventually, just for him to get it this year! I’ll definitely pull for Jamil next year in EN. I’ll consider Jack possibly when the time comes. Trein and Sam are amongst two of the staff members I was really looking forward to, and I knew that Trein was going to be after Crewel, it was just a matter of when. Curious to see his Groovy and card story. I do know that Malleus was amongst one of the characters that took a little longer to get an event SSR (3 Years nearly) but after that, he sure has been receiving a pretty steady stream of non-birthday SSR’s over the course of a year. Not mad per se, because the world does not revolve around me and my preferences (or lack thereof) but so many characters have not received too much attention lately. That is why I was more excited to see Jack there getting a New Year’s SSR. It was making me sad that he was just no where to be found during 2024. Lilia is not really a fan favorite of mine, either, but he is another who has not seen anything for 2024. I guess I would’ve rather seen Lilia over Malleus for this New Years, with Malleus getting the New Years card the following year, but oh well. (Trying to refrain from mentioning Cater again, but him, too. The Book 7 card was nothing short of a miracle. Please get another event SSR soon. It has been four years. Or any event card quite frankly, especially before Halloween 2025. I don’t want to see what happened to Trey during 2023 happen to Cater as well.)
That Jack and Floyd for next year is a pain train right at me... can't wait and bring it on!XD Otherwise, it's looking fine so far. Happy 2025 little bean. Geez, and here I thought the ENG server was crowded for content for the start of Jan. My wallet would have no voice left to wail and scream playing the JPN server! 8 ultra rare cards able to be pulled for in a month, not counting birthday reruns and counting New Year’s reruns… and new story content?! Disney help us!!!! Unless I get some more Madol/Thaumarks, I won’t have anything to upgrade any cards I get anyway. I made a vow not to pull for the Platinum birthday collection this year, since I got Grim in 2023; I have no personal connection to this collection; and the centennial was such a flop. I am still fuming at not getting the General Lilia card last Spring (over 100 pills and still no bat grandpa!), so I will be splurging on that banner’s rerun. I am also still trying to find Tsumsitter Idia since I don’t want Leona to be the only SSR I got for the Tsum events! Ahhhhhhh, my wallet is screaming and it isn’t even February with the Crowley battle event yet.
