While Toronto is growing and adding numerous modernist skyscrapers and Hamilton and Niagara Falls are both gearing up for some major high rise development, Buffalo remains stagnant due to a tepid real estate market and a slower economy. We have too much empty space in the urban core of Buffalo and the working from home trend has only aggravated the situation.
