Speech in any scheduled Indian language especially of Sanskriti root can be understood by the mps ,if necessary,through the translator machine in the parliament.She could not shed her colonial hang over and tries only to flash her flamboyant pedantic aptitude which is a veritable shame on the part of an Indian. Parliament is a place for healthy debate, not for quarrel . The attitude of hers is nothing short of a kantankerous attitude on her part. .
