I'm 55 years old but people think that I'm 40. I drink a lot of water, I don't smoke, I don't eat bovine meat, I don't drink alcohol regularly, I clean my skin religiously since I was young and I also use olive oil in my skin before I go to bed. All that this adorable lady said is true.

It's been almost 6 months since I saw your mother's skincare routine and I'm amazed and love her. My skin was already soft from before viewing this but I kept getting acne on my forehead and random pimples on my face. Since I've used her skincare routine my skin has been softer than ever and less acne pops up and my forehead acne is almost gone. Thank you. 💕

Bad idea. On the acid/base chemistry scale, baking soda is extremely base, like bleach is base. The natural chemistry of your skin and scalp is slight acidic (4.5-5.5). Baking soda would irritate your skin or scalp and disrupt the natural chemistry.
Muslim4Life84 I did look it up. There was a lady who purported using it with mixtures instead of shampoo. She eventually showed a picture of ALL of her hair chopped off and said it was because it dried out her hair. And under google or youtube search results, a ton of personal stories just came up under "baking soda destroyed my hair".

Because you over wash and dry the skin of its natural oils, skin need to produce more oil to moist itself- I do like the lady and people tells I have great skin.. try for 3 weeks see how it goes.. x

I use oils daily mainly Coconut Oil and Rosehip Oil. on my face.. also Nivea Cream extra rich every night for moisture.. works every time ! When she washes and rinses it reminds me of my Japanese mother when she washed her face, she used dove, ivory, pears or a soap she’d get from the Japanese market. She was also religious and spent a good amount of time on the rinsing part! Your mom looks fantastic, and my mom looked so much younger than she was.. In fact she was ten years older than my dad, and you’d never know! I wash my face everyday just like she did. My mother in law from Hawaii used emu oil everyday. Great video, thank you!

Wow your Mum is an inspiration. My Grandmothers were both very good looking woman for their age. One lived with us until her death. She kept busy by working every day in her shop, playing cards reading novels and being active in the community. She was sweeping the floor and tripped on a new mat broke her spine but it was being poked around and drugged up and laying around in hospital that really killed her.She passed away mid sentence with my mum and i present.My mum is nearly 82 and works in a shop and for her community.
My other grandmother chopped her own firewood until she was 90 and baked cakes cooked her own meals and had a good laugh each day. She died at the age of 95. I miss them both each and every day. Your mum glows from the inside out and is obviously loved and treasured by you and by everyone who sees this video. She needs her own show and all her love and knowledge to be passed on. She said she's had a good life ... THAT's the secret. Plus, she has a good daughter ... thus, no worries. When there is disruption in the family life, there's disruption to your nervous system. That will age you faster than anything. Plus, bring on bad health issues. This is why the Lord said, "Be anxious for nothing." He knew it would destroy us.
Also, I bet she has never smoked or been a drinker of alcholic beverages. These two things will age you ... and give you bad health issues, too. Bottom line is, she's taken GOOD care of herself, and her family has shown deep care & respect for her life. She's blessed!
Note to self, what I learned from the video; Wash face in morning and evening, soapless in morning, jojoba oil after, using gentle upward swipes near center & then to the outside.

I'm 64 yrs old...wash my face the same as the mom. I use a homemade avocado mask with olive oil and avocado, followed by raw coconut oil. I'm always in the sun...no wrinkles or age spots. Have to try jojoba ....

@@beingyourself6813 Your normal facial cleanser will work. I use a salicylic cleanser since I'm prone to acne. It depends on your skin type. I just make sure I wash it well like what they showed on the video. And facial massage helps too.

- Pode ser qualquer sabão. E é importante não ser usado excessivamente, porque o sabão seca a pele.
- Ela usa o óleo de Jojoba, ele é ótimo para a pele, porque é um óleo que é diretamente extraído de um deserto. Ele é o melhor para hidratação de peles secas.
- Lave o rosto com água morna, para os poros abrirem e a sujeira ser limpa. E finalize, lavando com água gelada, para fechar os poros. Este é um método para a prevenção de rugas.
- Lave com sabão apenas à noite. E de manhã, sem sabão, com água de temperatura normal. Caso contrário, você tirará o óleo natural que sua pele constrói, já que ela já estava limpa.
- Hidrate o rosto com o óleo de Jojoba. A hidratação também é um ótimo método para previnir as rugas e manter a pele suave.
- Este último passo não é dito no vídeo, mas se é sentido. Ame-se, cuide-se e sinta felicidade sendo você mesma! Espero ter ajudado!

I'm 60 yrs old Alaskan native I use egg white separate the egg and yoke put just a drop of lemon juice and apply on your face and neck let dry its gonna get tight then wash with cool water then use lotion I use the yoke put on my hair the pic on my profile here was taken last year

Such lovely ladies....your Mom is adorable! She looks so much younger than her age! I cleanse my face with Organic Oil (oil cleansing method) and for the first time in my life, I have NORMAL skin. I remove the oil with a very warm wash cloth & douse my face in cold water (hair too after washing it). I had EXTREMELY oily, acne prone skin prior to oil cleansing so a good quality oil has made all the difference. Jojoba Oil is also a fantastic hair treatment. Please thank your Mom for sharing her beauty secrets with the world! FYI: Some women train themselves to sleep on their back so their face isn't pulled on at night. I have tried to do this repeatedly but I'm a "curled up, side sleeper" (:
