I checked out everyone’s channels and looked at dozens of different tractors. I finally settled on a bad boy 4035. I was able to get the bad boy mower, box blade, forks, a 3 point quick attach and a stump bucket for a great price. I have 10 acres I am clearing and so far it is a little powerhouse. I just got a kubota l series and while I think some fit and finish bits that I like bit I just don't think this could compare to my kubota for the price
It's a Branson 2400H tractor. Identical to every last spec. I owned a 2400H for 4 years and it's very capable. Check out Branson tractors and you will find it's about $1000 cheaper. Badboy just slapped graphics and a seat on it.
How's the tractor is holding up? Any regrets? I'm about to go see a BB 1025. I was close to buy a NH25S, but the belly mower l9oks very tight under, no room to work on it, removing ?
Looks cool , and only time will tell. Looking at their newer mowers it looks like BB is innovative and certainly tries new things. I have a BX and bota zero turn just because I fell into deals on both. Personally , I think of Kubota as the Honda of the equipment world just because of their tried and true dependability.
You took a shot at a Kubota BX series tractor, with the size of this 20 series machine it should be considered a compact and not a subcompact. With that said you would need to compare to a B series Kubota instead. Bad Boy is supposed to come out with a 10 series machine which would then most likely be a direct competitor to the BX.
Ryan, I was not comparing the BX Series tractors to this tractor. I just saying that with the BX series is not a true subcompact tractor. This tractor is a true subcompact tractor. If you compare its size to other subcompacts in the 24hp range. it fits within the dimension specs. So does the BX series, only they cant lift a dime. If Bad Boy comes out with a 10 series, I'll be the first to tell my audience that it is more comparable to the BX series tractors. However I do believe that the BX series tractors are misleading to many people who dont know a lot about tractors, and simply dont understand that there are other 20hp tractors for a simliar price that are much more powerful. I sincerely thank you for your comment.
Completely agree this bad boy would be compared to a kubota B series now called the LX. You could also have called out the JD 1 series but you didn't. This bad boy is not a true sub compact when compared to other true sub compacts
The tractors are rebranded Kukje tractors made in South Korea. It’s the same as TYM brand branded tractors. Branson tractors are the parent company. There are currently no compact tractors manufactured in the U.S.
@@1001-u6r Branson tractor and TYM tractors are different. TYM actually bought Kukje machine company and is the parent company. Rual King RK tractors are rebrand TYM. Just like LS makes tractors for New Holland. Their are good and bad units among all brands.

So first off I like how the bad boy looks and the seat and dash look a bit more premium than other tractors. With that said I really hope they had put some effort into designing this thing. I had operated the bad boy zero turn mowers working for a commercial company about 10 years ago and the mowers were terrible. They had problems with everything from the deck twisting to the tires falling off. While doing normal mowing and if you did anything even remotely outside that description the problems compounded. They are still junk in my opinion. These tractors are ok if you just want a tractor to use as a toy. Good for light use. One of my friends sold them and even he bought a John Deere for himself. Another old friend of mine bought a new Branson tractor with a loader and now has buyers remorse about his purchase. He says the tractor itself works ok for the price paid but the front end loader is a problem.
I'm surprised you have had issues. I switched from Husqvarna to badboy in 2006. I still have my 2006 28hp diesel bad boy commercial mower. It hasn't had any issues besides normal maintence over the years. I just recently put in a new spindle due to worn out bearings. The mower sees 13.5 acres every week. So it's decently used. I've never had a better mower. Now I'm between getting a deere or badboy for my next compact tractor
There is mid mount and rear, but they are separate...I think the only time you run both at the same time, is if you are using a leaf/grass collection system...someone can correct me if I'm off and there are other attachments that need both at the same time
Nicer machines than I would have guessed. Thanks for the info. I see people are generally happy with the zero turn mowers. I bet these will take off in popularity. #purplecollarlife
