I'm sorry, but this chick is a horrible actress. IMHO she's never experienced anything horrific or tragic in her life because that sure in the hell isn't how someone who has been stalked, home invaded, chased and nearly murdered would be reacting to him disappearing. She's way too calm in her demeanor. That being said, I did like the ending.
This "chick" is my wife! And she has little or no acting experience but I thought she did a great job considering. Not everyone reacts the same in this situation so it's impossible to judge. She did scream in a few situations and I would have liked to have a professional actress in the role but I didnt have the luxury at the time. I appreciate you watching to the end and reviewing!

I'm not sure where you're located, but there are many real actors out there who are just looking for any opportunities like this who will do "trade for print" type work for you just to have it to add to their resume.
@@deerhaven3350 I normally do use local actors for my film but this was more out of convenience. We were able to shoot on our schedule and honestly, I thought she did a great job considering. Like I said, not everyone reacts in the same way. And since this was a chick that kept a gun by her bed side, it's probable that she wasn't as scared as some might be and had some confidence in her life and her abilities to fend off an intruder. This film has won several film festivals so I'm happy with the results regardless of not having a professional actor. Thanks again for watching!
Very disappointing. First of all you make sure everything is locked up. She laid the gun down after shooting him in the stomach (not a kill shot) and then had to double back to get it. How did he not get hurt after being shot multiple times? If there was a shooting, multiple officers would have responded, so no need to call for back up Why go to a hotel, when NO crime was committed? There was no evidence to protect. And that's just the major errors. .
There are no errors in this story. It is also fictional...which means its not real. Every horror movie has a lead character that makes multiple bad decisions. If you dont incorporate these bad decisions into your story line, you dont have a horror movie. This is why the doors were not locked, why she laid the gun down, and why she shot him in the stomach vs. the head. The bad guy is actually a cop wearing a bullet proof vest, which is how he did not get hurt. In a big city, sometimes shooting calls would only receive a small initial response. In my film, only one officer was sent to investigate as the female said she shot the intruder dead....no need for multiple officers. The main officer did not find anyone that she shot but still suspected that there might be a stalking situation and had the other officer put her up in a hotel for the night just in case he came back. Not likely to happen, but yet again its a fictional story that I made up. Since the closest officer to respond was the cop she had just shot, he responded to take the main character away, most likely to finish the job. I appreciate you watching the film and commenting, but the story makes perfect sense, and has won several awards. Thank you!

I'm confused? Is that sarcasm? You said the music and cinematography were good but my films are terrible? I dont buy the awards, they are earned and judged by people in the industry. If they were terrible I wouldn't win anything, let alone be accepted into the festivals. Thanks for watching!
