- Kelly Clarkson opened up about her split from her husband, Brandon Blackstock, during the season 2 premiere of ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ on Monday. She revealed that the hardest part is dealing with the ‘little hearts’ of the couple’s four children. Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock in June after seven years of marriage.

As far as her wanting to date other people and actually be calm about it. We never know that it might just be the fact that she’s calm since the truth was finally revealed. I know that’s what happened to me in my first marriage that I was ok with the divorce because the truth was finally revealed Instead of being in this what if or what’s going on state of mind. Although cheating wasn’t an issue for our relationship it was just other things happening that always left me questioning what was going on
If he cheated it means that she wasn’t taking care of him at home. Keep his balls empty and his belly full and he’ll never leave you. She probably failed on the balls and/or the belly. And he likely didn’t cheat but she still failed to take care of him. Once the queen no longer makes sure the kings needs are met, the kingdom will fall

I totally think he cheated and Kelly doesn’t want to come out and say it because they have young children together. I’m not sure it was his idea though - if she caught him cheating, she can still honestly say she’s divorcing him and also “didn’t see anything coming that came”.

Fell apart because she takes the wrong approach!! Kids are not first & as a so called christian, she is supposed to know that!! It’s god, spouse, then kids!! Don’t feel for her or anything like that!! Kids have been the reason so many good marriages have ended that never should have!! If she would have know how to handle the situation, she would still be married!!

@Gary Newcomb- maybe you should watch this again. In regards to the divorce,the cause of it ect, she is not going into detail because of her children. Children have a hard enough time with it, but if your play it out in public, it's 100 times worse. In this instance, the children should come first. After all, part of a parent's job is to protect their children.

you have misinterpreted her...as one of 4 children belonging to parents that fought, got drunk, belted each other in front of us kids, had they not been so selfish they would have divorced. Instead they put us through torture and gave us a frightening childhood. They are still married, 65 years now, they still fight, drink and belt each other, but I have nothing to do with them, their behavior is upsetting and disgusting. When my own marriage was going down the domestic violence path, I left, for the sake of the children, no child needs to see or hear that shit, EVER.
She is a very talented artist and seems to be an amazing person too …. much luck to her and her family !!!
