It's not exactly an uphill battle daily in my own experience. Rather, it's rather an almost total and constant dissolution of the meaning of life. I am surviving, not living.
I'm sorry to hear that, I know how it feels and hope that you'll be able to use the tips in this and their other videos can help you
@@mirjamw6665 Thanks Mirjam. I had experienced worse in my life before, but the flatness of the current existence makes it all seem futile. I can wait indeed, but my life in effect shortens in the meantime. I hope you're right. I really do.
@@kamiltrzebiatowski9331 It's so hard at the mo'. I feel your pain!
@@PK-re3lu Yeah. I only just realised that on subconscious level I'd stopped believing that this would ever end. I can tell myself to no end that that is not true, but it's not like I can make myself feel it to any meaningful level.
@@kamiltrzebiatowski9331 Yes.I completely agree. It is all a kind of torture (unless you are a zombie). I'm not sure how some vague promise that things will improve will lighten your daily load. As Nietzsche said, you can take some satisfaction in enduring. A lot was wrong before covid imho. The lack of solidarity in people saddens me. My plan now is to get fit, stay away from alcohol and stay sane!
I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my UA-cam channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤
Liked the webinar vary much. Thanks all of you.

Take good care of yourself. We are all broken, let’s fix ourselves and fix our situation.
I hope it gets better soon. Join the rebel alliance when it's time.
I think Covid is challenging us, but we will adapt to it and come out stronger than before, when it has ended.

We don't get taught how to handle our mental health issues... We are all together...
Sadly, very many don't believe that.

I have adhd, bipolar, mood disorder, and major depression. I am planning to get the covid vaccine, but i am honestly so scared of the outcome afterwards. I am afraid if it will worsen my mental disorders because its already bad as it is for me on focusing, concentration, and am still in depression state.what are your thoughts? I been searching and can not find any info about this. I am just scared because i have read that people who are healthy who got the vaccine, they started experiencing some type of mental issues.

Hi! The video is really great for my presentation. Can I use your video? Thanks a lot.
Now, the world can be a nasty crazy place out there, we need a lot of courage and we need a lot of resilience after that, and we will fall down before we stand up… What really matters is the silence of the night in our conscience, when we are alone. We cannot control what happens but we can use what happens. We have so much reserves of love and support inside us, if we can just remember that in our mind and move on.
i agree
2021: Mental health is so important.
Take care of your mind and the way you speak to yourself.
Don’t let negative thoughts weaken you.
Love is love
We agree! This year and next year will be so important to prioritize mental health.

I have bad days too
I’m from Mississauga. I started a series on YT called “Mississauga Creates” interviewing local creatives like artist, poets, musicians and we talk about how we use arts to better our own mental wellbeing. Check it out. I interview on Tuesday’s and Thursday!!!
It’s a top that needs to be in the light right now during this pandemic.
This pandemic has caused a lot of STRESS, DEPRESSION AND EXTREMELY BAD ANXIETIES. Then to have a already unstable person in office since 2016 THAT WON'T LEAVE. Well seeing a lot of youths really lose their minds. These are young children they cannot vote, an are often still under the pressures adults are feeling. Every week seeing children going completely off. Yelling, tantrums, trying to destroy property. Its sad going on more often the last 4 months. With holidays approaching its intensifying. Often times these children do not have a outlet an its getting worse. Do these adult even consider the pressures thats put on the youths. They should. 🙄.

God doesn’t love ❤️ me I feel sad why is this happing to the world 🌎🤔🤔🤔

For me, the best ways to help my mental health is get good sleep with my psychiatrist prescribed sleep medicine, stay busy doing things I like, and only allow myself online access to highly reliable Covid info and data every four days.
Im having very bad mental health as of right now but i cannot sleep staying up all night is normal for me
Life is pain
People just need to learn to grow up relating to so called " mental health " with Covid !!!!
I for one lived in Liberia Africa......up country....remote. No car......no electricity.....no phones...no water in the house. Only an outdoor toilet.
Its still that way to day ! People there never complained !
People learn to grow up........quit complaining about life !
while the content is great. You have the most depressing and creepy animations of the person talking moving side to side. I swear, I wanted to turn it off a min into watching the lady close up and creepily rock side to side as she talked but I got through it. I would change the animations and make a much less depressing one. Just a suggestion. Thank you.
Hi there, thanks for the feedback - it will be passed along to our animators. All the best.
