Sir one person working as a secretary in milk union society in village at the same time he contested in grama panchayat election. Then electeded as panchayat member it's validate his panchayat member please answer
S.12 of Panchayat Raj Act doesn't prohibits unless it is office of profit.
But see the bye laws of the society.
