- Dyadic actuators can recover from an alarm condition without cycling power. Just make sure the cause of the alarm (such as an obstruction) is removed, then send a pulse on the CSTR input. Unfortunately my amp has a red alarm on and I plugged in another amp to this end actuator and it's also still alarming. I can't figure out how to clear it without your controller box
Hi, thank you for your comment. The servo amp can detect many alarm conditions, so the procedure in this video only applies to conditions that are no longer causing trouble. If the alarm condition remains in place after powering down the amp and actuator and powering up again then something may need to be replaced. @@miraiintertech I actually discovered the issue, just taking off the top cover unveiled a plug that somehow came undone. It works beautifully again!
