"ApocalypseofSpoons"... I... I can't even find words. It's like someone patched together a scene from "The Wall", then a short Monte Python skit... Please, if you're willing, tell me the story of your screen name... (and yes, I thought the same thing when the final image showed up).
It's interesting how the AI really REALLY likes to draw pictures of figures with their back turned to the viewer, watching a landscape that heavily features orange/blue contrasts. Like, they have different outfits, and it may be one or more people, and sometimes the landscape is buildings, sometimes it's clouds or trees or something else, but more often than not the main colors are orange/blue. Across all the videos it just seems to love drawing variations on that theme.

I recently started playing with AI text to image.. and there are many prompts and styles that can be shown. How much of the stylized imagery and colors were from the AI and how much from the person who was choosing the prompts? Also there are multiple images shown for each result which can be chosen from. This is soley what the person who gave the text data and prompts chose from their results.

All I can say, is that I construct AI algorithms for a living and AI is not the point were this small amount of data (worlds and music) can be used to generate the level of information contained in these images. This is fabricated or at best the YT poster chose the images and used the music to influence the color palate. It would also be possible for the poster to have used a catalog of images and created an algorithm for the words or words/music to choose from images in the catalog. It doesn’t really matter. I love PF and this video is excellent and thought provoking. Its just not AI generated
I seen Pink Floyd in 1972 in Germashine Germany at the 2nd British Rock Fest. They played Dark Side Of The Moon for the first time live. I am old now but it was one of my most memorable concerts ever!

I just found the AI/music channels. Amazing and terrifying at the same time. The color palette chosen by the AI looks very dark and gloomy. (Although most of the videos feature dark and gloomy songs). But it appears that the AI not only considers the lyrics, but the key, timbre, and tone of the music as well. Fascinating. It reminds me of the old line about looking into the abyss and the abyss looks back.

The art the AI comes up with reminds me of these scary story books I used to read when I was a kid. I believe it was all art by H. R. Giger, but it may have just been someone copying his style. It was all water color and all back and white with lots of drip patterns and lines of fungal spore shapes and stuff. Very creepy and I wish I could remember the name of the series. I remember that it was very popular though.

"Your lips move but i can't hear what your saying" - Syd singing in the video of "Jugband blues" As Syd was so out of it on psychedelics he'd start doing the motions but there'd be no audio. while when the band stopped playing, he started singing. Not to mention the adult pink sitting in a chair blankly staring into space is another reference to Syd.

What software package are you using? I want to take an existing mpeg4 of PFloyd /Echoes and blend in ghostly floating videos and stills images (I am also a photographer) from my own life. To be used at my funeral in the not too distant future. Glad to share your experience
everyone mentioning the fact that many of the images feature a person viewing a landscape, when most often in paintings only the landscape is featured and you are the one viewing it. maybe the AI is positioned itself as the viewer and we are the subject.

We used to have laser shows using Pink Floyd's music. One moving laser could create an incredible scene on a domed theater - Ruben H Fleet San Diego. Wish they would bring that back. They are going to have David Bowie soon at the theater.

Do you ever show the AI a music video featuring the band to give it a feeling for the music? I just curious how the AI comes up with the images.
