I've never heard of this show before, but anything involving Noel Fielding and Richard Ayoade HAS to be brilliant. I'm definitely going to be watching more clips. :)
Richmond's not dead...he just got scurvy! Treatable, so we could very well see him again. The real issue is if Noel has time... But Douglas is awesome. Would love to have them all back in series 4.
After Jen mentions that she is going to Paris. Richmond says "Brie?", which is a french cheese. She seems confused by his comment. That is when he makes the comment about Double Gloucester. It's not supposed to make sense, but shows how Richmond's strange mind works.
“I’m disabled!” Never laughed more in my entire life, I studied screenwriting and the comedy teacher played the entire episode as an example of one of the best writings ever in the tv comedy show genre.
@captainalbator I'm American and like both of those shows...but definitely prefer IT Crowd to Big Bang Theory. It's just a more clever show all around, and builds really great characters & funny scenarios without completely falling back on the usual "nerd" stereotypes. I'd hate to see how they attempted to rework it for the US pilot. Plus, this show did actually do the "geeks w/ pretty girl next door" storyline first...
@captainalbator REAL nerds? Hey, it's a comedy show...not a documentary. I always thought this show had more of a surreal edge than traditional sitcoms like BBT. And the references here are usually subtle (Check out the plethora of goodies on the desk & shelves) and "computer geek" related. But, the humor relies more-so on character quirks (C'mon, Moss is win!) than countless pop culture shout-outs... Different strokes, I guess. The writer & actors in this are all near perfection for me.
Red dwarf is awesome, it’s neither better nor worse. They both have their own flair and they do a great job. Don’t listen to any other smegheads who might tell you otherwise
OMG :O am I imagining things* or does that guy really look (well... at least a bit O.o) like Marylin Manson? :O:O:O *maybe 'cause I saw him 2 days ago on VOLT... argh but still :O
That little nod Moss gives Roy after trying that joke is fantastic.
'Nut jobs? I hope you're not including me in that!' hahaha
It's like the Big Bang Theory, but funny.
PuissantAlgernon I’d kill for a crossover episode with both those shows!
IDIOT
@@F34RCHIEF Oh god, you people think Young Sheldon is funny?!
@@adamp3223 imagine the level of "funny" old Sheldon has then
Please don’t disrespect IT Crowd
Brie-lliant xD That is exactly the sort of joke that my sister would be proud to make!!!
I think the best part is when Roy, Moss and Richmond trying to act normal. Gosh I lol-ed! Its really funneh!
Ah yes, Peter File :)
whos a paedophile?
He should move to America.
Pedophile?

Watch the whole show...I nearly died watching season 2 Episode 1
So, have you watched them yet?
@@A_Toastonawhiteplate Hands down the best episode from any sitcom.. Ever!
I loved that episode when Moss recommended Messy Joe's to Jen.
Good one!
Is that Italian?
It’s pronounced Meh- see-joes
Richmond

For all those asking.. the song at the end is "Game of Pricks" by Guided With Voices. You have now been educated.
"I can't let you nutjobs into my special place!" Cute Jen, real cute!

I always thought. He just said “really?”, but now Moss’ joke suddenly makes sense (well, sort of) 😂
stop it.. says Roy :) haha..
its funny joy changes human perception..
This episode was so nostalgic for me having the lady from horrible histories in here
3 perfect replacements!
Best show ever made man! It's just perfect for Gen Xers
“I’m disabled!” Never laughed more in my entire life, I studied screenwriting and the comedy teacher played the entire episode as an example of one of the best writings ever in the tv comedy show genre.
The plot just winds tighter and tighter. Perfect screwball comedy timing and pacing. Right up there with Bringing Up Baby and What’s Up, Doc?
Well its a nice break away from typical adult comedy with all the endless sexual and racial innuendo.
It's actually 0118 999 881 999 119 7253 not 0118 999 811 999 119 725 3. Knowing the difference could be a matter of life and death!
I had to call Japan once and it was like that, took me half an hour to even figure out what I kept doing wrong
Soo funny, Moss is awesome!, and ironically the goth is a really cool guy too
Why ironically?
Goths are cool
