    After bing watching these types of videos this past weekend, I’m so proud of our police force. I’m a nurse, I’ve worked in ER’s and have seen them in action bring individuals in and I have provided care to detainees. But seeing our police in the “wild” has given me a new appreciation of their hard work and sacrifices. Thank you and God bless!

      The Constitution has nothing to do with it. You MUST follow the law of the country, state and county you are in. If this dipstick hits a family in their minivan, he's got no insurance. Instead of just cutting him lose every time he gets arrested, they need to put maximum fines and jail time on him, impound the vehicle and not release it until he has a license, insurance and it's properly registered, charging storage EVERY DAY until he picks it back up. All of that IS constitutional and would be in accordance to the law. He might just wise up after he loses a few jobs, cars, all of his money etc...

      I know, right? I had to pay about $300 just to reinstate my license when it got suspended for not having insurance, even though I absolutely did have insurance and proved it. They said regardless of whether it was an error, my license was suspended and I needed to pay to get it reinstated. Idiots like this guy make things worse for everybody though

      They go on the do not sell list. Anyone who knowingly sells them a car or lists them borrow is is 100 percent financially responsible for any damages they cause. If caught driving such a vehicle then the police should be able to seize it and opt to auction it off or crush it. The owner of said vehicle or bank who issued the loan receives nothing but a bill for the disposal of the vehicle

      The 14th amendment says you can't have laws that apply to certain people and not others. That includes punishments. It could also easily be argued as cruel and unusual punishment. Being stupid isn't a crime, so if he wants to continue to donate to the state, so be it.

      That’s not how posing as a police officer works. They would have to be able to prove that he was using that for personal gain or power/Authority.
      In other words, if he’s wearing a uniform, and telling people what to do or if he’s showing a badge to someone to gather information illegally

      Trials are expensive. A plea deal ensures no trial, no appeal possibility. It is cheap. So the state saved hundreds or thousands of dollars, at the cost of a few hundred dollars in fines. No big deal.

      They should freely admit he is a sovereign citizen and not beholden to the laws of the US. Ergo, he is not welcome within the borders of the sovereign territories of the USA (or its allies).
      Instead he will be given transport to the one place on earth where no political power holds sovereign sway: *_ANTARCTICA._*
      The US will even pay his way, charter him (and others under identical deportation status) a flight there. Their only requirement is they pay for the kit they'll need once they arrive. Sucks that they never have money but... them's the shakes, they're still going.

      Eh, depends on perspective. I work at a factory, make about $725 a week. 3 grand for a traffic ticket would kinda fuck me over for.... about 6 months with how my expenses are. Longer if I was renting a place closer to my job. Rent is insane everywhere for some reason.

      i mean... the cop literally replied with "yes i am violating your rights" (even though he wasn't, and they are allowed to lie, if i was on a jury and this sovereign citizen had used deadly force to survive a cop audibly claiming to be corrupt lawfully arresting him, i'd still side with it being self-defense because you should rightfully fear for your life if the armed violent force of the civil government is doing anything to you while admitting (even though lying) that they are acting unlawfully while doing an aggravated kidnapping on you (though in reality it was a lawful arrest, the lies and frustration of the arresting officer caused him to claim that he was indeed violating his rights, making it reasonably appear as an actual armed kidnapping by a cop to this citizen, sovereign or not).

      He ensured he wouldn't even go to trial, so that sort of defense wouldn't even reach a jury's eyes and ears.

      If you want to let a guy slide based on an unreasonable standard - go right ahead. Just don't go whining to us when he plows into you and you get to pay out of pocket or your own insurance because of his uninsured azz.

    You 100% do not need a license to travel in a vehicle on a roadway...You DO however need one to operate a motor vehicle on a roadway. A very simple thing these clowns never seem to understand.

      the " travel law" they cite refers to beind able to move freely about the country, from state to state. it has nothing to do with operating a motor vehicle, also known as driving.
