@@RC-mc6pu so as described in the word of God once you are actually truly saved then you begin to go through a process of sanctification which is when the holy Spirit testifies and teaches your soul how to become holy now we have free will which give us the decision to listen or not and that's where the battle of the flesh comes in. With jelly roll for example so the bible explains that we are in a battle with flesh and spirit and what ever happens here in the physical for is a reflection of what's happening in the spirit so through following his lyrics as well as the way he has been presenting himself recently compared to before shows growth and the only way you will ever gain true victory through sanctification is being humble and obedient to the word of God and that doesn't happen all at once but you can tell a tree by the fruit it bears doesn't mean it starts barring fruit the second it sprouts. Love the meaning if the song. The f word changed it for me. I realize we use this work more regularly now but to me I felt it in bad taste with this song. Beautiful song and we have been in that 2 lane road crying our eyes out praying for the release of pain. Great song Jelly has out. would love hearing it revised without the f word though.

Cool 😎 that ford escort reminds me of my first car, it’s almost identical to my Old Ford fiesta X-R2 but it was a lighter shade of blue, almost looked like gun metal & I had pepper pot alloys & it was pretty rapid & wicked for racing like a maniac which is partly why I totalled it one night, heading home after taking a few too many sleeping pills… I thought I’d make it back before they kicked in but I was wrong & only made it about 500 yards… loved that car…
P.s nobody was hurt not even me! Car was totalled the engine was on my lap. It was after 2am in a village in the hills & at that time about a 15 minute drive if I’d have made it. That was almost 30 years ago & I still have fond memories of that motor…
