Probably, although if so they are going to largely take a backseat to the timelaps videos. Scenario vids take 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 longer to make, and given how many are available online, I think that most people probably have their scenario needs covered already :)
A cool idea would be hearts of iron 4. Altough its much different both from gameplay and from the time period of Vicky 2 and the Aoc2 scenarios you have played, it is free for you to try out and dislike or like with xbox game pass ultimate free trial thing (note: im stupid this might just be a waste of my time writing this)
