Man, you're a reference when I think 'bout a perfect drum cover. Period!!! Thank you so much for that! And what a beautiful cymbals' sound!!!
Thank you so much for kind words my friend!
Back here watching again lol, truly one of the best vids on UA-cam. Great sound mate, absolutely nailed it
Thank you my friend 🤘
One of my favorite drum parts from Metallica. It is just FUN to play, you can really dig into this one. Great job as always!
Derek Ohlarik totally agree, it's really funny to play! Thanx Man!
Kick drum sounds immaculate
\m/
You're right, on this album Lars was really at his top! Hugs from Italy Jose!
This skill deserves a big applause.you put everything here man.much respect 👏👏👏
Thank you 🤘
Bellissimo! Awesome performance, you nailed it! Great drum part, isn't it? What do you think, Edo?
AngryMetallisto thanx man! I always loved drumming in this Song. .. A lot of great ideas and The right things in The right Place, especially intro and bridge section after solo...
grandissimo come sempre .
beh si , sicuramente !!
Love your bass sound and the rest of the drums too but the cymbals are kinda quiet .. solid cover though!!
Thanx a lot Andy! Yes, You're right.. it was one of the first video I've ever made, every time I try to do better and in the last I put cymbals higher in the mix! Thanx for advice ^_^
This is pretty good !!! METALLICA !!! 🤘🤘
Yeah!! Thanx ;)
🤘😍
Great job man, you deserved a comment!
Thanx Man! Glad You like it!
For sure I like it!
this is a Great Song!
Dude!!! Your sound is awesome. I want my bass to click like that.
Thank You my friend!
I like this guy’s set up
Thanx! In my head is a sort of "Bonham meets Lombardo". :D Two heroes!
How do you get that bass drum sound
Ludwig 26x14 Classic Maple with Remo pw3 reso and batter head, Shure B52 and a custom subkick!
🤘
Yeah!!!
Grande Edo, impeccabile come sempre!
Alessio Coletti Grazie caro!!
I’ve been trying to learn this by ear so seeing the part at 4:19 really helped. Glad I was actually playing that fill correctly
Great!!!
Except that's not exactly right. Lars used Tom quads instead of straight double kick. The Cherry Lane drum book has it right. Fun to play either way, though.
Spot on man. Nicely done.
Thanx a lot!
i fell in love witht this cover, great work! could you do a cover of disaster day by another influence?
p.s.: i just subbed
sorry but Your comment was into spam.. :O Thanx Man!
Well done dude, another song I’m learning and is a great aid for figuring out songs.
Great to know! have fun my friend!
Purtroppo.
🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻yeeeeeeah
.. James said! :D
this song, and one and blackened. (and justice for..overall) best lars drums riffs
I also Love Disposable Heroes.. great song!!
@@EdoSalaDrummer great metallica song
Awesome! Hey, do you have a drums only version of this available?
Not now... do you need it? I can record everyhing You want :D
@@EdoSalaDrummer Yeah, it would be cool to do a cover using a proper drum track, i thought you had the isolated drum track of your drums in this video
@@megahurtz30 Too much time has passed, deleted it :D but if you need it, tell me! write me. edosal@libero.it
Wow!very cool!
Thanx Man!!
Can you upload this minus one drum here? I wanna try to fill the drums... Thank you, so much
I don't have it... I recorded over the orginal song, with the drums really tight to Lars!
@@EdoSalaDrummer ohh, i see... Alright then... Thanks so much, sir!
Nice cover bro. Was checking out what was being played as my band picked this song to learn. Great job.
Great!! Have fun with this song my friend!
See I was right they do want to do it and now im learning as for why I'm watching your vids again...Rock out with you cack out!! ;p
❤❤❤❤
Awesome cover mate, really enjoyed watching it twice haha, Now I know what my next song is to learn but gee it looks like it will take a while...
Not so easy, yes! Glad you liked it, btw!
Great cover! I've always hated that Lars skips the 2 additional kicks in the main part when he plays live.
@@valiokomara I don't like him live...
Spot on!
yeah!
To get thst rolling double bass, its a double right then left foot, instead of alternating..good job
I don't think Lars using a double, I always thought as a single strokes player, but obviously it can be a good solution!
Thanx to You bro! Always respect for Lars, I started playing drums because of him when I was a kid... I used to want to become Lars!! :D
Que ride es ese??
Paiste 2002 24 mega bell!
That was tight mate MUYA#MetallicArocks
Thank you
Totally agree my friend! Hugs from Italy!
Perfect cover🤘🏾🇧🇷
Thank you 🤘
Grande Edo! 🤟🏻
Decisamente un altro pianeta!
dude can i play your drum set some time? That would really make my day!
I'm waiting for You here!!!
Harvester Of Sorrow has always been a favourite of mine because of the drumming. Great cover mate
When Lars was Great!! Thank you my friend 🤘
Come on, he's still great 🤩
Very Well Done!!!
My only 2 complaints about it is that you never put anything of yourself into to song to make it your own, and the audio volume was very low. I had to turn it up to Max and it still wasn't that loud.
Otherwise, it was spot on with the cadence and even your drum tone was very close to the original.
Technically very awesome drumming!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! It was one of the first cover, I made a lot of changes during the years for sound. About drum parts.. my goal in making videos is trying to be as closer as possible to the original!!
@@EdoSalaDrummer Awesome
Lars is bad at holding the beat, but he is a damn creative genius on his parts !
Even if it's "simple" compared to guys like Portnoy or other mad progressive guys, he always tries different stuff, tried to change from normal line :)
He was a great innovator, i love his drum parts!!
Impressive. Most Impressive. 🤘
Thank you 🤘
n1 !
Lars was a Number 1 in this period! I love his ideas on this songs.
Dyers eve????
That's a great challenge!!
