I have to do this job on a '15 Transit 3500 HD with the 3.5 ecoboost. I hope it will be just that easy.

Great video. How did you determine how much coolant to add? Just keep topping off until it hits the mark on the reservoir?

Good details. I like that. Quick qestion. Where is the Drives side srs crash censor location? And what wire harness hooks to it? I bought a salvage van and cannot locate where to put that censor and dont see harness plug that would hookup to the censor. Thanks

The sensor is located behind each Bumper. They cost around $25 -$45.00 each. If I am not mistaken. There should be a wiring harness located where it should be mounted. I hope that helps. Thank you for your comment!

Not an easy job, but definitely a DIY job. I did have a hard time aligning top bumper onto top of radiator rubber fittings. Any tip on how to align it would be appreciated.

You are right. Those top bushings can be tricky to line up. It sounds like your Radiator is sitting in the wrong area. There are two positions that the Radiator can sit in. You need to reset the Radiator. Once you do that. The top bushings will fit perfectly.

@@dairleautoclassicrestorati6892 yes, you’re right about setting the bushings in the wrong area of the bumper. Thank you for the tip!

Do you have a radiator coolant drain video.
Need the best way to access and open drain plug for 2018 Ford Transit-250.

No sir, I have not made a video on that one. I will keep that in mind.

Thanks. I am subscribed so if you do post a video, I should be notified.
Please include in the video any discussion on type of coolant needed or which brand and cokor will suffice. Lodt of info out thete, so that is confusing.
Obviously, walmart products are oreffeted if possible versus named brands like motorcraft.
But what ever video you produce should be informative.
      Note:
They really made the drain plug hard to get to, perhaps alternative ways to flush out coolant coukd be discussed as well (ie, disconnecting hoses, or aftermarket flush kits too.
      Great, look forward to it.
