Thank you for this review! I’m thinking this may be just what I’m looking for. I want to buy the Birch mattress but afraid it will be too firm since I’m a petite side sleeper w nerve issues. Their topper looks really thin and saw reviewers say it’s hard. Do you think this combo would be good? Thanks!
What topper would you recommend to add more support to a 2 yr old Nest foam mattress? I am mostly a stomach sleeper and this mattress has softened up too much. I read your post on mattress toppers and was curious about the Avocado firm topper but it’s a price one. Any other recs?
Hey Shana! The Avocado would probably be a good match for you. However, as you said, it is on the pricey side. I would also take a look at the Saatva graphite topper. I felt supported on both my back and stomach.
This topper or Casper topper to add pressure point relief on top of a firm Chattam and Wells spring mattress? I'm a side/back sleeper with three bulging discs in lower back:( Cannot find a mattress that doesn't make me hurt more in the morning.
Hey Carrie! I have not tried the Casper myself, but the Tuft & Needle should be a good match for you. If you need even more pressure relief, take a look at the ViscoSoft.

Would this be good for a side sleeper on top of a thin mattress? If not what would you recommend?
I found this mattress topper to make me sleep very hot. Have you guys experienced the same thing?

This should be a good match! If you like memory foam, you could also look at the Layla topper.
