- yesterday we went to gainsesville florida to wrestle in the Bucholtz Boys varsity duals. Our team took three girls and we all won matches. we are blessed to be on the state championship team and have the best coaches in Florida! #cheer #combatsports #combat #girljiujitsu #highschool #girlpower #fighting #wrestling #sports #jiu

This was the florida qualifier to be able to go to Fargo North Dakota. I qualified I'm all the years so far of high school. I have 1 more year, and Fargo is coming up soon

He was 4th in Florida boys state championship and was stronger. I think I had him on technique..I had him pinned before and they didnt call it , that was a tough pin he put me in though, I'm glad to be able to wrestle him and learn. The saying is ' we win or we learn'

Brilliant Emma. Do you still do Jiu Jitsu, or just wrestling?
I kind of had to give up jiujitsu at the end of 9th grade so I could focus on my wrestling career. It's impossible to be a part time successfull wrestler, or even a part time tournament jiu jitsu fighter. I had to choose one and they have wrestling at university so it was wrestling.

@Tommy_111 I'm going into my senior year next semester. This summer I am Traveling and doing freestyle amd reviewing offers from universities.
Very impressive techniques! You're able to take on boys unafraid at this age too when there's supposed to be notable difference in upper body strength of males and females.
I work so hard in the gym and in practice almost everyday, that helps close the gap but yes the boys are stronger and faster. That's nature. I can only attempt to outrain and outwork them.

Kudos to you for being so humble while putting in persistent efforts and winning so many competitions. You're not only strong, but also very agile and show presence of mind at many points during the fight.

We don't do max weights, avoiding injury is most important to our workouts. This is why i stopped doing crossfit, to much injury down time.

Regular season is over but we do freestyle all summer. Just had a match today already uploaded and more tomorrow

As you know we came from a long way away and didn't know any of you there. We had a 8th grade girl named Emerson with us who also won all her high school boys varaity matches. She is shown the first few seconds of the video walking off

They meybe about the same weight, but this is not the same. In young age are different psychology there, and a different body structure. And afterwards, girls starting use male hormones and other chemicals to become stronger. And a litle one, this is the erection that embarresses of boys, and ofcourse, girls' breasts. Maybe you know something else)

That’s just unfortunate for the boys. The girls aren’t going to adjust the way they wrestle. It’s something the boys have to deal with.
I wonder how you manage to train 5 days a week and still answer all these questions on these video sites???
I answer the questions all at once and only have youtube.

I've been waiting a long time for you to post more videos against the boys. Please, post more videos often against the boys. Emma, are you going to post videos beating boys in BJJ?
It's hard for me to get matches against boys in wrestling as I am on the girls state championship team. Obviously my focus is there. I also don't have time for jiu jitsu anymore and jiu jitsu is also separated by boys and girls at 16. This was a special event.
@@emmabauknight7730I understand, I know it's hard to get matches against boys in championships, but you can send videos CHALLENGING boys at the gym where you train grappling or anywhere else, it doesn't necessarily have to be in championships.

I don't understand what the fuss is about. Her first competitor was younger and weighed less. And she barely won. The second one was already a little bigger and still smaller than her. But they already felt the power of the son over the daughter. He made the girl a floor rag. So stop telling stories about the girl's ability and bring in equal competitors. She will never win. How mind-boggling you (experts) are. It was poor and unprofessional.

@calemcqueen yes fargo is where the usa nationals tournament is held. You have to qualify each year to go and I have qualified all three years. This year I was Injured and had a bad draw so I only won one match and my father wasn't there to record.
